'Wonderful location, cottage really well equipped – I loved all the great touches like the sewing kit and puncture repair kit and beach towels, even though we didn't use them. 'If I could have imagined the perfect cottage for a weekend away from it all, exploring Devon, I wouldn't have gotten it quite a perfect as Splash Cottage. The only downside is having to go home! Everything we needed was here – the cottage itself is incredibly well equipped (there isn't anything I can think of that could be added), there are wonderful walks right here on the doorstep and some fabulous restaurants just a short drive away...Thank you for helping to make this a very special weekend, I'm sure we will be back!' – Justin, London

'What an amazing cottage and countryside! The Smithy is beautifully designed and equipped with the most modern appliances and wonderful furnishings making for a most enjoyable holiday. Your attention to detail was much appreciated. The cottage and garden exceeded our expectations. Dartmoor, with its streams, rivers, valleys and tors is truly unique, ideal for hiking and exploring. Coming from near Toronto, we found the driving a true adventure – especially along the narrow roads and lanes! The walks were absolutely marvellous with stunning views and rushing streams. The pony trekking in the moor inspired us even though we were drenched through! And we had a lovely sail on the Dart in Dittisham – perfect in every way, even the weather!
