Rates, Availability and Booking
You can check availibility and book online here, paying by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. If you have any special requirements, queries or would simply like to talk to us about your stay then please do not hesitiate to contact us, either on the telephone, 01364 631069 (+44 1364 631069 internationally) or email bookings@westwebburn.com. We can also also take bookings over the telephone during office hours, from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, should you prefer that.
Short breaks at Sweeton Manor, both Upper and Lower, are available at any time for a minimum stay of three nights. They are also available in our cottages during the mid and low seasons, provided that the break does not cross over the changeover day for that property. During the high season, short breaks can normally only be booked in the cottages during the week before your date of arrival. Please note that if you are booking more than a four night stay it is usually more economical to book the entire week.

All rates are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20%.
Services included in the price:
All linen and towels. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly if your stay is longer than that. Beach towels are provided. Mid week linen changes can also be provided, please enquire at the time of your reservation for prices and availability.
All utilities are included including use of the internet telephone system (in Sweeton Manor) or landline for local calls (in the cottages), free WiFi in all properties and a initial supply of logs for the fires.
Further log supplies are available and can usually be delivered at a days notice when purchased, just contact the booking office at any time from Monday to Friday.
A welcome pack on arrival and basic kitchen ingredients are provided.
Housekeeping is available in all of our properties from daily services to twice weekly. This is not included in the base prices and is subject to availability. Early booking is advised, particularly in high season.
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request, please reserve at the time of your booking.
